Scope

This applies to our products and content wherever they appear, including our website, storefronts and marketplaces, email, and social media accounts.

What we collect, and why

• When you buy. Our checkout provider, Gumroad, collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information. They share your name, email, and order details with us so we can deliver your product and help you. We never receive or store your full card number.
• When you email or message us. We keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
• When you visit our website. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use advertising cookies or sell ads on this site.
• The free decoder. It runs entirely in your browser. Your choices aren't saved or sent to us.
• Our email list, if you join one. If we offer an email list, you'll only be added when you sign up or buy, and every email will have an unsubscribe link.
• Social media. When you interact with our accounts, the platform's own privacy policy applies to what they collect.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't see anything you type into third-party AI apps when using our practice prompts.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as our checkout provider, website host, and email provider, and only for that purpose. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds, and tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete the rest at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom.
• Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing bhbasellc@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Age

Our products and content are for adults 18+. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes.
