The Standard and the Rosanna persona are owned and operated by BH Base LLC ("we", "us", "our").

1. Scope

This applies to our products and content wherever they appear, including our website, storefronts and marketplaces, email, and social media accounts.

By buying, downloading, or using our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use them.

2. Age requirement

Our products and content are for adults 18 and older. By buying, you confirm you're at least 18.

3. What we sell

The Standard is a digital product: downloadable PDF guides, workbooks, a spreadsheet, printable cards, phone wallpapers, and a text file of AI practice prompts. It's educational content about dating, communication, and boundaries.

4. What this isn't

• It isn't therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, or legal advice, and it doesn't create any professional or client relationship.
• It isn't a crisis or safety service. If you're in danger or afraid of someone, contact the resources on our Disclaimer page or call 911.
• We don't guarantee any outcome, including any relationship, date, or emotional result.

5. Rosanna is an AI-created persona

Rosanna (Instagram: @rosannagems95) is a fictional, AI-created character and AI dating coach persona operated by BH Base LLC. Her images, videos, and voice are generated with AI tools. She is not a real person, has no personal history, and holds no professional credentials. Research cited in our products is real and named so you can check it yourself.

6. Your license

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the product for yourself. You may not share, resell, upload, redistribute, or give away the files, in whole or in part, or use them to create a competing product. Copying a few lines to send to a friend in a conversation is fine.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by Gumroad. We don't see or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.

8. Delivery

After payment you'll receive a download link by email or on the confirmation page. If your link doesn't arrive or stops working, email us and we'll resend it.

9. Refunds

10. AI practice conversations

Module 08 contains prompts you can paste into third-party AI chat apps. Those apps are not ours. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we don't see what you type into them. Don't share sensitive personal details with any AI app unless you're comfortable with that app's policies.

11. Affiliate links and material connections

Some links on our pages, in our emails, and on our social media accounts may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no additional cost to you. We may also pay affiliates a commission for referring buyers to The Standard. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

12. Third-party links

Our content links to outside websites, including research sources and support organizations. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

13. Intellectual property

All products, text, designs, images, videos, and the Rosanna character are owned by BH Base LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Research papers and organizations we cite belong to their respective owners.

14. Acceptable use

Please don't use our content to harass, threaten, monitor, or control another person, or for any unlawful purpose.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BH Base LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. You're responsible for your own decisions and actions.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version. The version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
